or... An Accident Waiting to Happen
A general reminder to any Ontarians that today (2007.10.10) is the final date of the provincial election cycle. Early voting opportunities took place over the last two weeks, and polls will be closing at 9PM on the Wednesday night.
I urge everyone to exercise their civic duties and responsibilities by educating themselves on the various issues and then going to the polls... and do so again, at the provincial level. ;)
Yes, there is actually two issues on the ballots - your local MPP candidate, and whether the "first-past-the-post" election system works... with the other option on electoral reform MMP (mixed member proportional). :)
