hesA long, long, long time ago I made my first text-based archive for my poetry and the photos I took on Geocities.
The photos are now at flickr (Yahoo bought flickr and my 'residence' ISP is allied with Yahoo, hence, wholesale transfer of photos from briefcase and whatever to flickr), and my poetry made the migration onto lj several years ago.
I bid Geocities a fond farewell and remember the times where my URL was /Tokyo/Ginza/1854
