NEVER. EVER. EVER. EVER. get voluntold to help trim a haircut. Because it is inevitable that an untrained person cutting hair will end up making a lopsided 'cut.' It is tragic and a blight upon humanity. I'd just spent the better part of this midnight hour trimming slash fixing the sibling's beyond tragic attempt at cutting his own hair via mirror (x2), scissors, and an electric trimmer kit.
Which reminds me that I should schedule a time this weekend to lop off 8 inches. This heat is terrible, and keeping it in a braid is getting to be time consuming.
